Yontar KPM-1036-TS-2 General Features
PM 1036-TS is a FULL AUTOMATIC fixed single-layer production machine. It produces concrete elements such as paving stones, lawn stones, curbs, rain gutters and slope stones.
- Product quality is high and cycle time is short.
- Locking of the outer mold is provided by pneumatic bellows cylinders. In this way, a uniform vibration spread in the mold is achieved.
- Vibrator motors are operated via a frequency-controlled speed driver. In this way, the frequency and strength of vibration can be adjusted according to the type of stone produced via the control panel.
- With the transfer robot, the products are stacked on the shipping pallet.
- KPM 1036 TS-2 and KPM 1036 TS-4 types use footless pallets and are manufactured with finger cars.
- All valves and pumps in the hydraulic unit are PARKER (Germany) branded.
- Proportional valves are used in all important movements.
