The Gulpack Rectangular Packaging Machine is designed to package products at a speed of 30-50 pieces per minute, offering versatile packaging solutions with three different feeding options: Rotary Table, Conveyor, and Motion Control (3 Servos). This machine is CE certified, and the product contact areas are made from 304 stainless steel, making it suitable for food and industrial applications.

• Rotary Table Model: In the rotary table version, the product is placed into chambers in the feeding unit's turntable. From there, the product moves to the jaw group, where the packaging process begins. Using a collar pipe, the product is wrapped and sealed by passing through the disc group, forming a pillow pack. The final product is then transported to a parcel using an output conveyor.

• Conveyor-Fed Model: In this model, products are placed into chambers on a conveyor belt in the feeding unit. Similar to the rotary table model, the product is wrapped and sealed through the disc group using the collar pipe. The sealed product is formed into a pillow pack and transported via an output conveyor to its destination.

• Motion Control (3 Servo) Model: This advanced model offers the same packaging features as the standard machine but with enhanced motion control using 3 servos. This version eliminates the need for mechanical adjustments, allowing for easy changes in package length and eccentric adjustment via a touchscreen. Additionally, the machine includes a chin protection system, ensuring that no empty packages are processed.
