In our Packaging Waste Sorting Facilities, recyclable materials such as various plastics, metals, papers, mixed, contaminated wastes are collected and then fed to a specially designed sorting facility for this mixture and separated according to waste types. The success of treatment of waste fractions is mainly linked to selection, which greatly increases the recovery rate.
MT offers solutions starting from basic systems for increasingly sophisticated, manual or mechanical and more complex plants involving specific machinery and equipment to achieve results that are fully compliant with current regulations regarding waste disposal. We design and manufacture separation systems for the separate collection of paper and plastic, the selection of industrial and municipal waste. Facilities differ depending on the amount of waste to be treated and the materials to be selected. The sorted materials are then compressed in a Horizontal Bale Press with automatic or manual wire tying.
Screening plants are generally used to select various materials such as paper, PET bottles, wood, aluminum cans and iron. Selected materials come from collected containers, separated materials can then be resold at paper mills, plastics or steel mills. MT manufactures modular plants that can be modified to adapt to higher workloads. As with all our facilities for selection, the entire line can be customized to customer requirements.
With our Packaging Sorting Lines, raw materials such as paper, cardboard, plastic, wood, aluminum, which you can obtain from a product considered waste, can be reused indefinitely. Each facility requires its own study and design. Our engineer team is able to solve problems that seem impossible with the tremendous experience it has gained so far.
