Dust Collection Filter On Silo

 

The filter unit consists of two parts. The upper part is where the filtration system is located, and the lower part is used as a warehouse . Filter bags are made of cotton fabric to be anti-static and have 10 micron retention. The bags are cleaned automatically thanks to the shaking system. The filtered sawdust is discharged into the silo located under the filter unit. Since the silo unit is manufactured disassembled, it is possible to add or remove additional floors. Need: Automatic unloading is done thanks to the unloading system located under the silo. The silo's fire extinguishing system, explosion covers, sight glasses and stairs are standard.
