Solid Waste Separation Disc Screen

 

Our Disc Screens are designed to capture and mechanically separate the toughest solid wastes in high and demanding flow systems. It is rotated by being driven by the motor reducer group. The materials are discharged into a large hopper. It is transferred to the disc sieve unit by conveyor. The wastes collected between the discs are thrown out of the sieve from a single point by the rotation effect of the discs. Due to its interlocking rotating design, it does not require sieve cleaning and there is no need for labor for cleaning. Disc, Star, Square etc. such as sieve systems is a high-level screening mechanical separation method. We have productions in various capacities according to customer demand.
