x Digital Heat Treatment System
Our heat treatment unit for the VKY 80 machine is one of the most advanced technologies on these type of machines, it provides maximum durability to the bonnell springs and ensures that every spring is stress-relieved and stregthened.
The flexibile heat treatment unit offers a multi degree treatment options, which is adjustable easily from our touchscreen display. The VKY 65 comes with a standard heat treatment system which offers a
manual setting between five heat treatment levels.
x Unique Gear System
A robust gear system where gears be easily adjusted and replaced without struggling with a chain system like on other machines.
The red markings on the gears are allowing you to replace gears in the shortest time.
We are also using only high quality materials, to ensure that our gear system can stand tough against gear failure, wear and tear as well as lasting the longest from any coiling system on the market.

Quick Changeover For All Bonnell
Spring Types
The machine is intended to make fast changes on the spring outside diameter, spring height and spring turns. It is suitable for all wire thicknesses between 1.9 to 2.4 mm. The machine design allows to produce
springs with 4, 5, or 6 turns.

Spectacular Features x Automatic Lubrication
System
The automatic lubrication system ensures a periodic oiling of 20 points on the machine with the option to set the desired time frame for each lubrication through the touch screen display. The oil tank capacity for the
coiling section holds 3 liters. There is no more need for manual lubrication needed.

x Damage Protecting Arm Security System
Our german technology torque limiter ensures a safe working environment by making sure the machine is stopped if anything blocks the arms from moving.
This security system prevents bigger damage to the arms.

Freedom For All Wire Thicknesses From 1.9mm to 2.4mm

* Easy-To-Adjust Machine Drums
The drums used on our VKY 80 machine are robustly empowered with servo motors and allowing an independent operation without getting power from the main motor. The new designed drum system allows an easy spring diameter change without the need to adjust the cam unit setting. The VKY 65 model has no additional servo motors on the knotting points.

x Coiling Conrol Panel
The machine offers multiple control panels to change the coiling settings, which is located inside the cabin system. This panel enables to make adjustments on the spring outside diameter and spring height in the easiest way.

Next Level Bonnell Spring Production x Production Flexibility & Transparency
Using the display located outside the machine, you are able to track and monitor your day-to-day production. It also allows you to make precise changes of the lubrication period for the machine, as well as the heating treatment settings.
* Soundproofing & Ventilation
The coiler unit is equipped with soundproofing panels that helps reduced the production noise drastically as well as a sound-insulated ventilation system that helps clear oil dust and small wire particles which keeps the coiler unit clean.
x Wire Inputs
Wire inputs positioning options for the machine basket can be in 3 areas depending on the desired position by the purchasing company, either left, front, or the back of the machine.
x Easy-To-Use Touchscreen
Display
The user-friendly touchscreen display offers the best experience for the machine operator to navigate between all the possible setting changes and customization for a unique pro- duction experience.
x Floor Leveling System
During the VKY machine installation the floor leveling system helps us level the machine to ensure a very stable and steady production performance.
x Basket Cage
Built using a wire mesh design which offers an excellent security for the rotating wire bundles during production.

x Cam Unit
The machine comes with a standard 5 turns cam unit that can be changed to 4 or 6 turns depending on your desired bonnell spring height. The cam unit have to be replaced together with two gears in case of any
requested change.
x Span Centering Base
The span centering bases are placed at both of the knotting positions on the machine. The different options of span centring base sets allows the production of bonnell spring with different spring outside diameter. The working range for each set is limited to 3mm.
* Remote Control System
Our remote control system grant access to error reports by our service agents, this feature allows remote controlled software updates on machines with an internet connection by our service team.
