90 Ton Straw Bale Press Machine

One of the main uses of our Horizontal Straw Baler and Bagging Press is the baling of loose materials. When you have sawdust, rags, peanut shells, rice husks, cottonseeds, shredded palm branches and similar waste, these materials are difficult to dispose of / recycle. With our Horizontal Straw Bale Press we have produced, it can automatically feed, bale and bag these materials for easy storage/transport/recycling.

It adopts horizontal continuous push-out type with semi-automatic bagging system. With fully automatic control, it ensures high efficiency, saves labor cost, transportation cost, stock cost and space. Bale size and bale weight can be produced according to your specific requirements. Output capacity varies between 5-25 tons per hour. Bale weight can be up to 50-500 kg per bale. PLC system automatically stops the machine when there is no feeding.
