CUBE SUGAR PRESSING MACHINE

   This machine is composed of 3 main parts.

   - Mixer

   - Barbutane

   - Tumbler

  Granule sugar, which is in sack, is poured to reservoir of the machine. Machine takes the needed amount of sugar automatically in its mixing reservoir. Sugar will be watered in mixing reservoir by dosage pump.

Watered granule sugar is poured to tumbler part by barbutane. In this process, sugar will achieve its basis weight and real dimensions. They will be stored at chrome band to get dried.

DRYING AND COOLING TUNNELS

The processed sugar, which fallen from pressing tumbler to chrome band respectively, will be dried by sugar drying ovens.

Dried sugar will enter to the cooling tunnel. Cooling tunnels will cool the 40-50°heat of the sugar and get it ready for filling robot.

FILLING ROBOT

Filling robot fills the sugar, which came from cooling tunnel respectively, to the boxes of packaging with the form with 2,3 or 4 lines and send them to the packaging machine.

PACKAGE PREPARING MACHINE

This machine folds and pastes the sides of packages, which came printed from printer,  and sends the opened packages to the filling robot.

PACKAGE CLOSING MACHINE

Filled boxes from filling robot will be sent to the package closing machine. Package closing machine pastes the cover of box and get them ready for boxing process.
