Tree Type: First-class Bolongo (Erythophleum-Ivorense) trees selected and dried specifically for cabinet manufacturing, imported from Africa.

Custom ordered first-class kiln-dried.

Coupling Gear: Made of 20-25mm steel material.

Used in cabinet sizes of 2600 mm, 2800 mm, 3000 mm.

Star: Made of 20-25 mm steel material.

Varies in hub diameter from 200 mm to 260 mm depending on cabinet size.

Coupling gears, stars, and gudgeons are fastened with a total of 80 rivets.

Cabinet beds are made of high-quality bronze suitable for heavy bedding conditions.

Roller bearings can also be provided upon request.

Our cabinets are braced with 6 or 8 steel rods of 30 mm diameter each, cross-braced with 12-16 reinforcement blocks (gudgeons).

Cage arrangement is preserved with M20 circle (optional) plastic protector or epoxy paint.

Filling and emptying cover: Varies according to cabinet size.

The cover is sliding and entirely made of stainless steel (CNR-316).

Our cabinet has filters on both sides; emptying is done with 4 chrome-plated covers of 110 mm diameter.

Gears used in gearboxes are made of 8620 alloy steel and assembled with cementation and precision grinding.

Fag and Skf are the bearing options in the gearbox.

Beacon gear: Made of high-frequency bronze.

All our cabinets have pneumatic brakes.

The brake system consists of disk and counterplate.

Our electrical panels are arranged according to motor capacity and operating conditions.

It operates in forward and reverse with a speed control device at the desired speed.

Operation warning sirens and lamps are available.

European origin materials will be used in the electrical panel (such as ABB, Telemecanique). PLC system is also available.

All casting parts are coated with durable paint suitable for leather factory conditions, and wooden parts are protected and coated with varnish.

Delivery time is determined according to current conditions (due to wood drying).

Delivery will be in working condition on-site.

Concrete and platform works at the factory site will be carried out by the buyer company, and technical projects and technical drawings will be prepared by our company.

All manufacturing-related issues are covered under a 2-year warranty.

The electric motor and speed control device are under warranty by our manufacturing company.
