The Mobil Trommel Screen combines impressive design features such as a different length sieving drum, a discharge radial fine material conveyor with different heights. It has a steep-sided drum chamber and a wide feeding opening. Thanks to the collection conveyor, material spillage and bridging are prevented. Screen drum change is very fast by means of 

hydraulic slide feeder. In this way, you can easily change different drum types.

 

Mobile Trommel Screen advantages;

The Mobile Trommel Screen spins the material with a type of shovel or bar that usually runs inside the length of the screen to catch and remove passing debris. Once picked up, the material falls back down thanks to gravity, causing the material to shredding. This process is repeated until the debris is small enough to pass through the screen, while larger debris exits the opposite end of the rotating drum. The bottom of the screen consists of a fine soil, the top of the screen is rocks, roots, wood waste, etc., which are called scraps, residues or garbage. It has two outputs. Depending on the material and capacity, more than one outlet can be made under the screen.

MT offers a robust, compact and high output Mobile Trommel Screen. The rotary screen has a hopper, all of which is variable speed, feeding a rotary drum. Fine particles fall onto the powder pile conveyor. An oversized conveyor is optional and can be mounted on an existing chassis. The unit is powered by a diesel engine or on-site electrical supply. It is transported by pulling with a tow truck.
