RTK - 4200T CCS, is an advanced, vehicle-mounted machine designed for efficient and precise road construction and repair. This innovative piece of equipment integrates a bituminous binder tank, spraying system, and aggregate hopper into a single system, offering an all-in-one solution for bitumen application and aggregate spreading. The machine is optimized for use in surface dressing, where both bitumen and aggregates need to be applied uniformly and accurately to improve road surfaces and extend their lifespan.

The aggregate hopper of the RTK - 4200T CCS has a capacity ranging from 7 m³ to 11 m³, depending on the vehicle configuration, and is designed in accordance with country regulations and vehicle capacity. The hopper ensures the efficient loading and distribution of aggregates, which are essential for road surface texture and adhesion. The bitumen tank, with a capacity ranging from 7,000 liters for smaller vehicles to 9,000 liters for larger ones, is insulated with 50 mm rock wool and protected by a 1 mm aluminum plate, providing excellent thermal insulation to keep the bitumen at the right temperature for optimal application.

The machine’s operation is controlled through an advanced digital control system. The 7” digital control panel inside the operator's cabin allows for precise control over the bitumen and aggregate distribution. Operators can easily adjust the settings, ensuring the correct amount of binder is applied and that aggregates are spread evenly across the road surface. A 2.4” rear control panel provides additional control for rear operations, allowing for flexibility and convenience when working in tight spaces or when adjusting settings from behind the machine. The control system is equipped with PID and proportional control functions, ensuring that the bitumen is applied evenly regardless of the vehicle's speed.

One of the standout features of the RTK - 4200T CCS is the hydraulic and digital control system that maintains a constant bitumen flow rate, ensuring even application throughout the entire spraying process. The system’s hydrostatic bitumen pump has a capacity of 36 m³ (450 rpm), delivering a consistent flow of bitumen to the spray bar. This is complemented by the open hydraulic circuit for equipment, which ensures smooth operation even under demanding conditions. The central control unit utilizes the Can 2.0B communication network, reducing wiring complexity and increasing the overall safety and reliability of the system.

The spray bar is a key component of the RTK - 4200T CCS, designed for precision and flexibility. The telescopic spray bar can be adjusted to spray at a width ranging from 300 mm to 4200 mm, ensuring an even application of bitumen over a wide variety of road surface areas. The hydraulic spray bar movement allows for quick and easy adjustments, providing the flexibility needed to handle different road widths. The fully circulating spray bar ensures that the bitumen is distributed uniformly, ensuring a consistent application rate per square meter, which is critical for achieving the desired road surface quality.

For aggregate spreading, the vehicle features dual aggregate hoppers, which can spread aggregates across a width ranging from 300 mm to 4200 mm. These hoppers are designed to evenly distribute aggregates, ensuring a smooth, uniform layer of material across the road surface. The aggregate spreader's spreading range can be adjusted from 3 mm to 32 mm, giving the operator complete control over the size of the aggregate spread. The hydraulic hopper control ensures that the amount of aggregate applied is accurately managed, preventing under- or over-application and improving overall material efficiency.

The RTK - 4200T CCS also features a cleanable filter system with external suction, ensuring that the bitumen pump and other components of the bitumen line operate smoothly without any clogging or buildup. The heating system consists of two diesel burners, with a capacity ranging from 190 kW to 310 kW, ensuring rapid and efficient heating of the bitumen. For projects that require additional heating, an optional hot oil heated spray bar and system can be installed, providing even greater control over the temperature and viscosity of the bitumen.

The machine’s fuel tank has a capacity of 140 liters, and the cleaning tank holds 50 liters, providing enough capacity for regular maintenance and cleaning tasks. The easy filling, circulation, spreading, emptying, and cleaning functions are all managed with a single pump, reducing the complexity of the system and allowing the operator to focus on the task at hand without worrying about maintenance issues. For hard-to-reach areas, such as edges or corners, the machine is equipped with a hand bar spraying option, which offers additional flexibility for precise spraying.
