The Gulpack GLP-D2 is a high-speed packaging machine specifically designed for the efficient packaging of granulated stick sugar. With a production capacity of 250-280 pieces per minute, this machine offers precise weighing, wrapping, and sealing for stick sugar in rectangular packages. The machine is built with food-grade AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring hygiene and safety in all product contact areas.

Volumetric Weighing System: The granulated sugar is poured into the machine’s chamber, where it is weighed accurately using a volumetric mold. The sugar is then passed through product collar pipes to begin the packaging process. The machine wraps the product and performs back bonding to ensure the stick package shape is securely formed.
Stick Packaging Process: The machine uses a cold jaw system for the mouth sealing and cutting process.
