The Gulpack GLP-Y6 is a specialized high-speed packaging machine designed for packaging hookah mouthpieces (sipsi) at a rate of 140-180 pieces per minute. This machine is meticulously engineered for the delicate and precise handling of sipsi, ensuring efficient packaging and high output. The machine utilizes vibration and pallet systems for orderly product placement and packaging.

Vibration Chamber for Product Sorting: The sipsi mouthpieces are poured into the vibration chamber, where they are arranged one by one using the vibration mechanism. The mouthpieces are then transferred to the magazine unit, ready for packaging.
Pallet-Based Feeding System: The sorted sipsi are picked up one by one from the charging unit and transferred into the packaging via pallets. This precise feeding ensures that each sipsi is correctly positioned for the wrapping process.
Wrapping and Bottom Bonding: Once the sipsi are placed in the package, the wrapping process begins. The bottom gluing of the package is completed with the use of discs. The mobile jaws ensure that the product is securely sealed into pillow packs.
Hygienic Stainless Steel Construction: All product contact areas are made from AISI 304 quality stainless steel, ensuring hygienic and food-grade processing
