Shaft and Bearings:

Betalfa K-03 jaw crushers are equipped with an eccentric shaft made of precision-machined, hot-forged, and heat-treated Cr-Si-Mn-Mo SAE 4140 (42Cr, Mo4) steel. The high eccentricity value on the pitman shaft ensures the movement of material downward beneath the jaw. Round, self-aligning cylindrical and flat-hole pitman bearings, along with conical hole body bearings, provide maximum power to the pitman shaft and extend maintenance life.
