YONTAR KPM-25 General Features

• KPM-25 Concrete paving stone machine is a machine that works on the principle of hydraulic pressure and mechanical vibration and can produce prefabricated concrete elements such as locked or unlocked paving stones, grass stones, concrete curbs, rain gutter stones, briquettes and hollow blocks.

• The manually controlled machine is manufactured with two mortar bunkers and a stacking robot.

• The stacking robot, which allows the product pallets coming out of the machine to be stacked on top of each other and taken to the forklift, works both manually and automatically.

• The concrete mixer and belt conveyor required for the concrete preparation unit of the machine are also produced in our company.

• The belt conveyor, which transmits the mortar from the mixer to the machine bunkers, has the ability to transfer the mortar to both bunkers of the machine, thanks to the rotating mechanism driven by a gearmotor.

• The concrete mixer, bucket skid loader and belt conveyor are controlled from the same panel.
