50 Pieces/Minute Burma Baklava Cutting Machine

Oubari SC-5D is designed to automatically and safely cut Burma baklava bars. This machine can handle two bars simultaneously, increasing productivity and delivering uniform pieces with set lengths and angles.

The SC-5D offers a production capacity of 50 pieces per minute, saving valuable time. It can accommodate bars up to 70 cm in length, with adjustable cutting lengths ranging from 1.5 to 4 cm. The cutting angle is also adjustable from 0 to 40º. The machine features computerized control through a PLC and a touch screen, ensuring precise operation. For safety, it includes an automatic cut-off feature when the lid is open.
