Double Head Robot Box Filling Line; For the boxing process of your products, empty boxes are prepared without human contact with the Fully Automatic Box Preparation Machine and transferred to the Box Filling Robot. Products coming from the production line are automatically grouped in a formation suitable for box placement. The products transferred to the Cartesian Robot are held with vacuum, gripper or magnetic gripper systems with a fixture design unique to your products and filled into 2 boxes at the same time. These processes are achieved without any damage to your products. Optionally, you can place two or more layers of product in the box and place intermediate separator paper. After your products are boxed, the top covers are closed and taped with the Fully Automatic Box Closing and Taping Machine to complete your production.
