Capable of processing materials with a width of 41 mm and thicknesses ranging from 0.20 mm to 0.40 mm, this line ensures precise production within the desired length tolerances every time.

Operating at a maximum speed of 25 meters per minute, this production line enhances your efficiency. It runs on a 3-phase 380V voltage and has a total power consumption of 15 kW, providing powerful and uninterrupted performance. Throughout the production process, various treatments such as anti-rust application, primer coating, steel putty, and topcoat painting are performed, optimizing both the aesthetic and protective properties of your profiles.

The production line is equipped with various components, including a decoiler, eccentric press, roll forming machine, cutting unit, packaging unit, and control system. The decoiler has a 100 mm band width and a carrying capacity of 500 kg. The eccentric press operates with a 40-ton pressure capacity, ensuring powerful and reliable performance. The roll forming machine consists of 6 stations and is manufactured using 1040-grade material with black phosphate coating. The cutting unit can cut lengths ranging from 0.50m to 3.3m, utilizing high cutting strength 2379 Swedish steel molds for the process.

The packaging unit allows for neat stacking and bundling of the finished profiles. All these processes are controlled via a servo drive and PLC operator panel, where parameters such as profile length, production quantity, and production speed can be adjusted, and production data can be stored in memory. The production line is also equipped with top-notch safety features. The press unit’s mold section is protected by a transparent thick PVC plastic-covered window. When the line starts operating, a warning indicator light is activated, and guards are in place around hazardous areas. Additionally, an automatic stop system is triggered in case of overload, ensuring a safe working environment.
