The moisture that will emerge with heat depending on the chemical properties in the PVC formulation may reduce the quality of the mixture to be used in production. In this case, the Desiccant device we developed helps to remove the moisture from the hot mixer and throws the moisture out in the middle. Dehumidifiers, which can be applied to all types of mixers and are easy to use and maintain, come into operation at the working intervals determined in PLC controlled machines, complete the required dehumidification process and clean themselves. There are dehumidifiers (in the heater mixer) for the horizontal type mixer machines with 500 and 600 kg capacity. There is also an external version of this Jet Filter.
