Hot Varnish Produce Plants

Capacity:
 
The production of hot varnish is carried out in devices which are suitable for heating up to 2700 oC.

Cooking, cooling and thinning can be done in the same or separate boilers.
 
A) In fixed boilers: Filling, cooking, cooling, thinning and discharging are considered as 8 hours.
 
B) In boilers with fully closed, motor-driven mixer, cooling coil or jacket and cooling water pressurized water system: This time is accepted as (4) hours.

The capacity of these boilers is calculated according to (a).
 
C) In boilers up to 250 liters: It is considered that each boiler can be charged 2 times in 8 hours (or in other words 4 charges in 8 hours from each quarry) from each boiler provided that there is one fixed burner and enough transport vehicle for both boilers.
 
The dimensions of the heating device are sufficient, the number of the hob is portable, the number of boilers and the size measurements necessary to calculate the volumes of the boilers are detected and recorded.
 
It is also investigated whether the boiler transport system is adequate and whether the quarries are readily available for boiler replacement.

Boilers are assumed to be charged up to 80% of their volume.
 
Raw and auxiliary materials: (for obtaining 100 kg product)

. Oils (linseed, soya, Chinese tree, oil of vegetable such as castor oil fish oil): 14 kg.
. Vayt spirit: 15 kg.
. Toluol: 5 kg.
. Xylol or toluene: 24 kg.
. Solvent label: 5 kg.
. Alcohols (excluding industrial alcohol): 10 kg.
. Industrial alcohol: 1 kg.
. Screws: 1,5 kg.
. Additives: 0,5 kg.
 
The above quantities include average manufacturing losses.
 
COLD VARNISH AND THINNER MANUFACTURING
 
 
Capacity:
 
Since cold lacquer and thinner are usually made in very simple vehicles, it is considered inconvenient to accept the production of these devices as capacity.

For this reason, in this type of production; The figure which is found by adding 25% growth share to the largest of the actual production of the past three years is considered as the capacity.
 
In facilities where the new activity has passed or for which there is no actual consumption for other reasons, the capacity is compared with the similar facilities.
 
CELLULOSIC VARNISH PRODUCTION
 
 
Capacity:
 
Cellulosic varnish is prepared in agitated and uniformly sealed mixers. It is accepted that a charge can be taken in 6 hours and the charge can be made up to 80% of the mixer volume.

The mixer capacity is multiplied by factor 2 in installations where there is a "base preparation drum" or "pre-mixer" with a volume of at least 1/4 of the volume of the mixer.

The meter, which is essential for calculating the volume of the mixer and, if present, the volume of the drum or pre-mixer, is determined and recorded.

If the mixer used in the mixer is high speed, it is accepted that 3 charges can be taken in 8 hours.
