VDM Makine EPS cornice panel coating machine is a high-quality machine that is user-friendly, easy to use, long-lasting, and durable with a strong base and adjustable speed belt system. Each machine is thoroughly checked and tested at our production facility before shipping. The frame system is made entirely of steel iron and profiles. It is ensured to have a long life with industrial powder coating.
The cornice coating machine applies exterior polystyrene material automatically controlled. The motor control is adjustable at desired speeds using a powerful inverter.
It is equipped with a non-slip belt system and centering feature for easy and vibration-free movement of polystyrene material on the belt. In addition, the special top printing system can be adjusted easily to apply pressure to the desired level. The top printing system is designed to pass through the coating molds on the belt without damaging the material and to evenly cover the coating on the polystyrene.
The side support system can be adjusted according to the width of the material to be coated, and the centering of the polystyrene material is ensured. Products ranging from 20 cm to 60 cm in width can be coated.
An additional table is used at the machine output. This makes it easy to remove the product after coating the mortar in the machine.
Our machine is shipped fully assembled and ready to use.
