Established in 2009, Betonsen Concrete Paver And Block Making Machines, with 1 engineer and 20 employees, is providing service to the Turkish Industry with products that offer comprehensive conveniences in the furniture sector, with its own factory with 1200 m2 production area. It started with the manufacture of construction equipment and facilities. BETONSEN has signed important agreements with many sector organizations, producing a large number of concrete finisher and block machines. Today, turning 70% of its products into exports, BETONSEN is constantly making distributorship and agency agreements with suppliers around the world to introduce its products to every corner of the world. Our company aims to be a leading organization in the field of concrete finisher and block machines. Design, spare part manufacturing, complete manufacturing quality and workmanship, assembly, operation, training, and post-sales service quality, where Siemens technology is combined with Italian and German technologies, ensures effective use.
Four stages are carried out in the production of concrete finisher and block machines. Approved customer requests are transferred to the project department, design works are carried out (layout project, electrical supply, water supply, air pressure supply system, etc.) are made, technical calculations and production drawings are completed by the expert project team for orders. Block and finisher models are drawn, and production begins after approval from the customer. Product printing panels are prepared, and sent to the customer after receiving approval. The production period is divided into four main sections; welding, processing, paint, and automation system. Betonsen quality is ensured; - with completely reinforced and experienced welders and painters who work meticulously, - high-quality shaft or two-shaft mixers that can provide high-quality concrete according to all shaft and needs, - concrete finisher and block making machines with high-quality hydraulic units and automation systems that can provide effective use. After the concrete finisher and block making machine is made ready for shipment, it is assembled in the field, test works are carried out, and operator trainings are provided by our experienced supervisors. At the end of the training, certificates are given to the operator. After all delivery processes are completed.
