Betalfa K-07 jaw crushers use an eccentric shaft made of precision-machined, hot-forged, and heat-treated Cr-Si-Mn-Mo SAE 4140 (42Cr, Mo4) steel. The high eccentricity value on the pitman shaft allows the material to move downward beneath the jaw, facilitating effective crushing. Round, self-aligning cylindrical and flat-hole pitman bearings, along with conical hole body bearings, provide maximum power to the pitman shaft and extend maintenance life.
