Special production of rough grid conveyor with a height of 150 cm, width of 100 cm, and length of 12 m. It is necessary to purify the waste sump of solid wastes such as hair and similar solid wastes in the waste waters emptied from leather cabinets before going to the treatment plant. For this treatment process, a rough grating machine is used. The rough grating is mounted at the very end of the waste water channels in the facility. In the pit where the rough grating is mounted, there is first a sedimentation pit. Some of the large and heavy solid wastes in the incoming waste water settle and accumulate at the sedimentation pool. The hair and similar wastes in the wastewater passing through the sedimentation pool are captured through the grates inside the Rough grating. The grates on the rough grating are cleaned through the rakes mounted on the chains, allowing the grate section to be cleaned of hair and similar wastes through the rakes.
