USSAN Ltd. Sti., which produces flake ice machines and cube ice machines, was established under the name of ÜRKMEZ Soğutma in 1985. Our company is currently operating under the name of USSAN Ice Machine brand in Istanbul in the field of ice machines and ice technologies. USSAN has undertaken to provide service to its customers on a global scale with particular sensitivity in Research-Development, quality, effective service, technical staff, and engineering design in the ice machines and ice facilities it manufactures. There are different capacities of ice machines in terms of fresh water and seawater. We have 6 different models with a daily ice capacity ranging from 1 ton/day to 7.5 tons/day. The flake ice machine can be manufactured as split and monoblock. The complete ice cylinder in the ice machine and everywhere the water circulates are made of inox stainless steel. The cylindrical water tank of the ice machine is inox and can be easily removed and cleaned. Due to these two features of the ice machine, it is called Hygiene type flake ice machine. Ice Cup Ice Machine: USSAN Ice cup machine produces cups from ice automatically. It has a capacity according to the number of ice cups produced per day. Crystal Sphere Ice Machine: It produces ice in the form of a sphere, and the crystal (transparent) ice produced is large enough to fit in a glass normally. The crystal sphere ice produced by USSAN sphere ice machine is placed in a glass as one piece. The machine automatically produces hygienic crystal sphere ice. Cube Ice Machine: USSAN cube ice machine automatically takes the water and periodically removes the ice from the multiple molds. The brine cooling fluid never mixes with ice water. The cube ice machine molds are full inox stainless steel. It operates as a hygienic indirect flow. Ice Cup Ice Machine: USSAN Ice cup machine produces cups from ice automatically. It has a capacity according to the number of ice cups produced per day.
