The machine consists of the main body, inlet and outlet tables, filter unit, cyclone system, turbines, elevator system, separator system, and control panel. The interior of the machine is lined with wear-resistant hardox and manganese steel plates. Products move on hardened steel pipes. The feed rate can be adjusted from the control panel. Turbines are placed on the top and bottom of the machine body, allowing the material to be blasted from both top and bottom in a single pass without turning. The filter is equipped with a jet pulse system, which prevents dust from escaping during blasting. The dust on the filter bags is automatically cleaned by pulse valves.
