Trigger cap tightening systems differ from normal ones by providing side tightening instead of top tightening. These types of caps are applicable for caps that cannot be tightened from the top. Such caps include push-type or spray-type caps.

Regardless of the cap size, tightening is achieved through silicone pads. Depending on the situation and the type of product cap, it can handle 2000-4000 caps per hour.

When standalone, cap tightening units are controlled by a PLC system and a 10-inch, 7-inch, or 4.3-inch HMI screen. When used with a filling line, the cap tightening system can be added to the filling system and share the same screen. The conveyor system can be customized to the desired dimensions.
