TK-10 Convection Oven by Taşmak Makina is a high-performance baking solution designed for kitchens. Available in both electric and gas models, this oven offers a wide range of applications and has become indispensable in commercial kitchens. The electric model provides 23 kW of thermal power, allowing for fast and efficient cooking, while the gas model delivers 20,000 kcal/hour of thermal power, meeting larger-scale baking needs. Both models offer a 2.4 m² cooking area, providing the capacity to bake multiple trays at the same time. This feature ensures high efficiency even during peak working hours.
The oven is designed to accommodate 600x400 mm trays, with a tray spacing of 83 mm, providing a spacious baking area. This design allows for cooking various types of food simultaneously. The electric model has a capacity of 10 trays, while the gas model offers the same capacity. The dough chamber's electrical power is 2.5 kW, ensuring the dough rises perfectly.
Both models of the oven are made from Cr-Ni 304 quality material, ensuring durability and a long service life. With external dimensions of 2190 mm in height, 987 mm in width, and 1253 mm in depth, the oven features a compact design that saves space in kitchens. The digital control system allows for precise adjustments of cooking temperatures and times, ensuring perfect results every time.
The gas model is equipped with a 32 kW burner capacity and operates with a gas pressure range of 21-40 mbar, providing rapid heating and high temperatures. The electric model, on the other hand, offers 23 kW of power for the entire baking process, with 1 kW for the oven and 2.5 kW for the dough chamber, enhancing energy efficiency.
Both models feature a digital control system that allows for precise adjustments of factors such as temperature and timing. The Schneider control panel ensures safe and stable electrical connections. Both the gas and electric models are designed for long-term use and high performance, significantly enhancing baking capacity in businesses.
