DMK 7340S Thermoforming Packaging Machine makes a significant contribution to industrial production processes with its high efficiency and robust construction. The DMK 7340S has a maximum forming area of 730x400 mm and can work with films ranging from 0.30 mm to 2.5 mm in thickness. This wide range allows for the forming of various plastic materials. The machine can work with high efficiency on a range of raw materials, including PP, PS, PVC, PET, ABS, and PLA, making it suitable for a wide array of applications. Additionally, its film width capacity of up to 760 mm allows the production of larger-sized products.

The DMK 7340S delivers high production speeds with a performance of up to 40 cycles per minute. This significantly saves time in large production lines, increasing overall efficiency. Furthermore, the machine's 65,000 daN forming force ensures the material is shaped accurately and consistently. The product's maximum height can reach up to 160 mm, enabling the production of deeper and more complex shapes.

The machine operates efficiently with an air system working at 8 Bar pressure and manages air through a special large tank system thanks to its 4-point trigger valve entry. This system provides energy efficiency and supports long-term, uninterrupted production. Additionally, the 222 kW electric power consumption ensures stable performance even at maximum load. The automatic control system continuously monitors water temperature and pressure values, ensuring the machine operates under optimal conditions.

For maintenance, the machine uses Bekamaks brand components such as automatic chain oiling and grease systems, making maintenance easier and ensuring long-lasting efficient operation. The machine's aluminum chain arms are equipped with a special water cooling system and reinforced with steel protection at 58-60 HRC hardness, ensuring excellent performance even under tough working conditions.

The machine’s quick mold change system can be performed with a special lifting device and chain crane, allowing operators to change molds quickly and safely. Also, the coil loading system, fed by the hydraulic system, has a capacity of 1800-1500 kg, enabling work with large quantities of material. The mechanical sealing system and 50x50 THK ball screw work with high precision due to their special design, ensuring high-quality and safe production.

The machine's remote control and monitoring capabilities can be easily accessed via an internet connection, allowing operators to manage the machine remotely and track production processes in real-time. Additionally, automatic program loading and recipe saving features make the production process more efficient and minimize operator errors.

The 2.2 kW vacuum pump from Schmalz is ideal for vacuum thermoforming operations, providing excellent vacuum between the material and mold. The electrical and electronic components are secured with high-quality Omron hardware, ensuring the machine operates smoothly and safely over a long period. Moreover, the 15-inch Omron operator panel provides an intuitive interface, allowing operators to easily control the machine.

High-quality ceramic heaters such as Ferran reflectors and Elstein FSR improve the heating efficiency of the machine and allow for the production of heat-resistant materials. The upper and lower molds, equipped with 228 resistances, evenly distribute heat across the material, ensuring high-quality results at every stage of the forming process.
