Sandwich panels are used in production.
Insulation thickness is 16 cm.
Insulation material is provided with 60 kg/m³ 5cm thickness rockwool.
Insulation material is provided with 24 kg/m³ glass wool.
Circulation is provided with radial fan.
Homogeneous heat distribution is ensured in the oven.
Oven has thermoblock and made of 310 quality stainless steel.
Thermoblock pipes are seamless steel drawn smoke pipes.
Oven chimney is approved by IGDAŞ and guaranteed by TSE.
Oven has an exhaust fan.
Due to the air curtain placed at the oven entrance and exit, leaks are minimized.
With the sliding doors at the oven entrance and exit, heat leaks are minimized by adjusting according to the size of the painted part.
SIEMENS and TELEMEKANIK materials are used in the oven electrical panel.
The outer part of the oven is painted with electrostatic powder paint. Ral 5015 and 7032
Non-standard dimensions are evaluated separately.
Oven sheet thickness is used as 1.2 mm.
