VDM Machinery EPS Cornice Sheet, profile wrapping machine is a quality machine that is user-friendly, easy to use, long-lasting and durable band system with adjustable speed control is mounted on a sturdy chassis. Each machine is checked and tested at our production facilities before shipment. The chassis system is completely made of steel, iron and profile. It is ensured to have a long service life with industrial powder coating.
With the cornice coating machine, the exterior styrofoam material is coated automatically with full control. The motor control can be adjusted to desired speeds by using a powerful inverter.
For styrofoam material to move smoothly and vibration-free on the belt, it is equipped with a non-slip belt system and centering feature. In addition, the special top pressing system can be easily adjusted to apply pressure at the desired level. The top pressing system is designed to pass through the coating molds on the belt without damaging the material, ensuring that the mortar evenly coats the styrofoam.
The side support system can be adjusted according to the width of the material to be coated and ensures that the styrofoam material is centered. Products with a width ranging from 20 cm to 60 cm can be coated.
An extra table is used at the machine output. This allows the product, coated with mortar by the machine, to be easily taken.
The machine is shipped fully assembled and ready to work.
