By making precise skiving on the welt before mounting, it prepares the welt for mounting. Since it performs the skiving process with strip sandpaper, the welt is skived perfectly without tearing, with great care. If desired, it is possible to use a diamond stone instead of sandpaper. Since the sanding head is adjustable to different degrees and widths, welts of different thicknesses and softness are skived without any problems. By skipping the areas with seams with the pedal, deformation of the welt is prevented. It operates with a dust collector aspirator. The automatic welt sanding machine is a machine used to reduce the thickness of the upper leather and the thickness of the leather stitches used before mounting to the desired size. This process is done by a roller, diamond blade, or strip sandpaper. Thus, seams are sanded automatically without being damaged. The angle and width of the sanding can be adjusted optionally.
