This model is a semi-automatic machine specially designed to turn frozen meat blocks into small pieces using a stainless steel propeller. The machine cuts frozen meat into chip-shaped pieces with a thickness of 3 - 9 mm using special stainless steel blades. Frozen meat blocks are fed into the machine through an air system, allowing the operator to not have direct contact with the machine.

Additionally, it is equipped with an automatic safety system. There is an electronic control and operating panel. The machine is robust and highly efficient.
