• A washing system suitable for whole or cut vegetables and fruits. • Closed-loop washing process performed by feeding wash water from the machine outlet to the inlet via the water circulation pump. • The adjustable nozzle system on the side of the washing tank allows adjustment of the washing speed and, consequently, the product's residence time in the washing tank, by creating a vortex movement. • The water flow intensity at the washing tank inlet and the intensity of the vortex movement inside the tank can be separately adjusted via manual valves. • The shaking system at the washing tank outlet separates the washed products from the water. • The nozzle system on the shaking system at the washing tank outlet performs the rinsing process. • The water level control sensor on the balancing tank at the washing tank outlet prevents the circulation pump from running dry.
