• Suitable working system for washing whole or cut vegetables and fruits. • The closed-loop washing process is carried out by feeding the wash water from the machine's output to the input via the water circulation pump. • The nozzle system, located on the side of the washing tank, creates a vortex motion inside the tank, allowing adjustment of the washing speed and the dwell time of the products in the washing tank. • The water flow intensity at the washing tank inlet and the strength of the vortex motion inside the washing tank can be separately adjusted via manual valves. • The shaking system at the washing tank outlet separates the washed products from the water. • A nozzle system on the shaking system at the washing tank outlet performs the rinsing process. • The water level control sensor on the balancing tank at the washing tank outlet prevents the circulation pump from running dry.
