Saykar Metallurgy and Surface Treatment Products Company was founded under the name SAYKAR in 2003 by Material and Met. Eng. Ufuk Ali Saylan and Alptuğ Karcı, who chose shot blasting as their profession. We have been operating for over 10 years, specializing in the production of shot blasting machines, shot blasting equipment, shot blasting consumables, and designing shot blasting facilities. Saykar has worked with nearly 2200 companies from the past to the present, produced over 600 shot blasting machines, and established around 20 shot blasting facilities. We use our investments especially to improve our technological infrastructure. We design all our products in a three-dimensional environment. Instead of copying products, we make original machine designs and then move on to the manufacturing process. In addition to our mass production products, our customers describe to us the machines they need orally or in writing, and we design unique machines based on this. Designed shot blasting machines are presented to our customers before manufacturing, and after approval, they are sent to the laser cutting section for sheet layouts. Then comes bending, welding, static painting, and assembly stages. Finally, machines that have been tested are made available for use in our industry.
