Salad Processing Line - SPL
• It is a compact line designed to prepare, cut, wash, and dry leafy vegetables. • Before the cutting process, unwanted parts of the leafy vegetables are cleaned on the preparation table. • In the cutting machine, leafy vegetables are precisely and qualitatively cut into the desired form (slices, squares) before the cutting process. • After the cutting process, the vegetables are transferred to the washing machine via a conveyor. • The cut leafy vegetables are gently and carefully washed in the vibrating washing machine. • After washing, the products are placed into baskets in the carousel at the end of the washing process, and the basket carousel ensures speed and continuity in drying the baskets. • The products to be dried are optimally dried with circular rotation in the centrifuge dryer. • With the PLCs in the control panels of the cutting and centrifuge drying machines, you can program the desired amount of production. • Due to the efficient and easy use of the machine capacities in this line, it saves cost, labor, and time. • The design of the machines ensures hygiene and easy cleaning.
