WORKING PRINCIPLE (OPERATION)
The RM-400 roll fabric packaging machine is suitable for packaging products such as adhesive tapes, foam materials, adhesive laminated fabrics, PVC, polyethylene, fabric, satin, polyester, plastic films, nonwoven materials, fiberglass, roofing materials, nonwoven, SS, SMS, Tela, paper, and similar items with its mechanical and process system.
MACHINE FEATURES Suitable for packaging fabric rolls with a minimum diameter of 150mm and a maximum diameter of 350mm.
Hourly packaging capacity is 50-55 rolls. (Depends on the operator's working speed.)
The roll diameter is measured by a laser sensor, and the appropriate amount of winding is applied to minimize nylon consumption.
The edges of the roll are sealed with hot air blowing (LEISTER brand). The hot air blowing system, with pneumatic piston (FESTO), controlled by a photoelectric sensor, blows air into the center of the roll, providing a higher quality seal.
Pneumatic closing devices are added to the system for better edge sealing.
