Working Principle:

The RM-600 Fabric Edge Control Machine brings the fabric rolls or open-width fabrics placed into the fabric compartment to the winding area via the transfer system. A tension system is used to control the fabric's tension as it passes through the machine. Edge control sensors track the fabric edges and move the winding system to the right or left based on the fabric flow, ensuring smooth winding. When the fabric in the fabric compartment runs out, the machine automatically stops, preventing the uncontrolled exit of the fabric from the machine.
