All contactors and motor protections used will be Siemens or Telemecanique.
The machine has a standard stainless steel tank for air balance.
The machine is made of 7075 Aluminum and 304 & 316 L quality stainless steel.
The Water Filling Tank has a sight glass.
The interior of the water filling tank is cylindrical for complete hygiene (316 L).
The filling tank has a wash nozzle and entry connection for CIP.
The machine's frame is structured with stainless steel profile sheets.
Visual alarm is available in case of faults.
Temperature control is transmitted to the analog PLC card with 4-20 MA.
Filling seals are ozone-resistant.
The water level in the filling tank is visually monitored.
Filling valves are selected to be suitable for food filling.
Safety covers are available.
The machine's legs are stainless steel with polyamide bases and adjustable according to the floor.
The control screen moves 180 degrees, and the emergency stop is active.
Welding is done by TIG welding, and necessary cleaning and passivation are carried out at welding points.
