Semi-Automatic Climate Control Systems

Semi-automatic ventilation and cooling system is used in poultry systems with a capacity of up to 60,000; The system consists of a fan, pad, pump, water tank, and automation panel controlling them according to the climatic conditions in the area where the poultry house is located.

The required number of fans and pads is determined according to the number of poultry in the building.

Fans and pads are positioned according to the condition of the building.

In the system; there are flaps inside the building and dampers when needed to adjust the air intake.

In the system; the temperature inside the poultry house is transferred to the automation panel through temperature sensors located in different areas.

Based on the incoming data, the automation panel controls the fans to expel the dirty air outside the poultry house and controls the flaps to allow the necessary amount of clean air to enter inside.

Flaps are controlled manually in semi-automatic systems.

Depending on the season, only ventilation or ventilation-cooling is performed.

Cooling is provided using pads.

When clean air is taken in from outside the poultry house, it is passed through the pads.

Water is transferred into the pads through the pipes on top of the pads.

The air absorbs the moisture in the water as it passes through the pads, cools down, and enters inside in a cooled state.

The cold air is directed towards the roof through the flaps.

Since cold air is heavy, it moves towards the lower floors of the cage.

This way, clean and cool air is transferred to every part of the cage.

This system is called the sprinkling system.

An audible and visual warning alarm system is available in case of any problems that may arise in the ventilation system.
