The RC 265 machine can produce tortellini, cappelletti, pelmeni, and single-sheet ravioli by changing molds. It is designed for medium and large-scale producers. It is available in two different models, fed with dough sheets of 140 mm and 265 mm wide.

These machines do not have the ability to mix or roll dough and must be fed with pre-rolled dough.
