• It is a compact line designed for peeling tuber vegetables. • Before the peeling process, the tuber vegetables are poured into a water tank for pre-cleaning, and the cleaned products are automatically fed into the peeling machine via a modular belt system. • The peeling times can be controlled via the touch panel on the control panel, and the PLC allows you to program the desired quantity. • The peeling process can continue with one or two peelers, depending on the desired capacity. • When a second peeler is added to the line, the capacity is doubled. • Long tuber vegetables must be cut to a length not exceeding 150 mm for peeling quality, and then transferred to the machine. • A filtration system is used during peeling to separate the water and peels. • Due to the efficient and easy use of the machine capacities in this line, it saves cost, labor, and time. • The compact design ensures hygiene and makes cleaning easy.
