Tusaser Stainless Steel Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Device is a durable and advanced system designed to provide high-efficiency water purification. It is especially used in drinking water treatment, industrial water processing, and various water treatment applications. The system utilizes reverse osmosis technology to filter salts, minerals, and other dissolved substances from the water, ensuring high purity. This process improves the water quality and makes it possible to obtain pure, clean water depending on the intended use.
The device is manufactured using durable FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) material for its membrane housings. These housings ensure the longevity of the device while guaranteeing that the water treatment system operates safely and efficiently. The TFC Spiral-wound TECHFLOW membranes, which are the heart of the system, are available in 2.5" and 4" diameter options, making it adaptable to various flow requirements. These membranes provide high-efficiency water treatment while minimizing energy consumption.
For efficient water treatment, a SS304 stainless steel vertical centrifugal high-pressure pump is used to apply high pressure to the water. Additionally, a brass body rotary high-pressure pump is designed to control pressure within the system and support efficient operation. The durability and efficiency of the pumps ensure the device works with high performance over a long period with minimal maintenance.
The chassis structure varies depending on the model. For devices ranging from 125 to 640, SS304 quality stainless steel is used, while ST-37 carbon steel or SS304 stainless steel is preferred for devices ranging from 840 to 1540. This structure increases the device's resistance to external factors and ensures long service life.
The system uses 5-micron precision cartridge filters to prevent clogging and contamination during the water treatment process. These filters enhance the system’s efficiency and extend the lifespan of the membranes. The low and high-pressure pipes used in the system are made from U-PVC / Zonder materials, ensuring durability and smooth water flow over extended use.
The system is equipped with automatic solenoid valves or equivalent valves to control the water flow automatically. Additionally, flow meters are used to monitor the flow of product water and wastewater, and the return flow meter ensures continuous water circulation for efficient operation.
Manometers monitor the pressure in the system and alert the user in case of any pressure fluctuations. Auxiliary components such as return flow meters and glycerin manometers continuously track the system’s water efficiency and pressure levels. Furthermore, a product water conductivity meter is used to measure water quality and monitor the level of purification.
The Autoflush system regularly cleans the membranes and prevents clogging, making maintenance easier while ensuring continuous efficient operation. The system is integrated with a RO electronic control card that monitors all parameters of the device and provides alerts if necessary. This control card informs the user about any issues via alarm and status lights.
The device is suitable for operation with 220 V/50Hz/1ph or 380 V/50Hz/3ph power supply options. The system is designed to be energy-efficient and can be safely used for high-capacity water treatment processes.
