Features
Platform type mixers are made in capacities of 2 tons and above for large-scale productions. Their operating method is similar to ground-mounted high-speed mixers. Depending on the requirement, 1-2-3-4 vessels can be installed on the platform.
Applications
Used where dispersion and homogeneous mixing are required, especially for mixing powders and liquids. These dissolvers, equipped with the appropriate and effective motor power depending on various viscosities, are used in the production of paints, inks, varnishes, pigment pastes, and various petrochemical products.
Reverse Rotation
In addition to the mono speed, it is controlled by a frequency converter. The frequency converter used is a heavy industrial model capable of providing more power than the motor’s nominal power for a short period. The mixing rotation is set between 0 rpm – 1500 rpm as standard factory settings.
Hydraulic Lifting
The machine has the ability to mix at any desired height by moving up and down. It is equipped with an electro-hydraulic system on the body structure. In some models, the machine can rotate 360º and serve the surrounding vessels.
