GENERAL WORKING PRINCIPLES

• The dimensions to be cut are entered into the optimization program or the computer on the machine.

• Loading can be done with a conveyor belt loader.

• Automatic glass transfer from the loader to the cutting table is performed.

• The plate moves automatically for the first cut.

• Glass and PVB thicknesses are automatically read.

• The machine sets all cutting parameters by itself.

• Automatic Cutting Cycle (Cutting-Breaking-PVB separation) is provided by the machine.

• For the continuation of cutting by rotating the cut piece, automatic retrieval of the rear glass piece is provided.

• The cut piece is automatically rotated on the table, bringing it automatically to the new dimension for cutting.

• All cutting is fully automatic, and operator support is only needed for authorizing some commands.
