It is capable of adjusting pressure based on fabric characteristics without selecting the product, with a 1% scrap rate and can be used with versatile fabrics with a 0% defect rate.
CAPACITY:
It can fasten approximately 35,000 to 40,000 snap fasteners daily.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
- BAH-3434 M and BAH-3434/Semi-automatic 54 snap fastener machines create male and female sets.
- The 300/Y female machine has a cover and spring fastening feature.
- The cover can be changed with spare molds and channels between 12.5 mm and 17 mm.
- The 300/M fastens the male side.
- A 61 snap fastener model machine can be made upon request with the same features.
