Ø300 Mm - Ø1200 Mm Concrete Pipe Machine

With this machine, concrete and reinforced concrete pipes can be produced in heights ranging from Ø300mm to Ø1200mm, from a minimum of 1000mm to a maximum of 2000 mm according to customer requests, whether single, double, or triple, integrated with gasketed or rainwater concrete.

Construction (Main Frame): Our machine construction is made of high-strength (ST 52) (ST 37) quality steels. It is manufactured on special production benches with 0 balancing and calibration, eliminating balance problems experienced in construction sites. The upper screeding connection group and lower vibrator group of our machine are completely processed with CNC machines. It is 25% heavier than equivalent machines on the market. This makes it more durable and long-lasting.

Vibrator System: The vibration system used in our machine is a liquid oil closed circulation system. The automatic lubrication system is activated with the operation of the machine. Oil return control is provided by a sensor, ensuring safety on the panel against user errors. The bearings used in the vibrator are preferred as SKF or FAG. The vibrator power adjustment can be adjusted STEPLESSLY from the control panel at any time. This provides the customer with time and labor savings. (There is absolutely no need to remove the vibrator from the machine while adjusting.)

Hydraulic System: The hydraulic system used in our machine is BOSCH-REXROTH (German) brand. All hydraulic equipment, valves, pistons, and other circuit components used in the system are tested in the BOSCH-REXROTH test center before coming to our company. After the assembly of the machine is completed in our company, the operation of the system is checked, adjustments are made, and it is ready for shipment. Our hydraulic units are placed in the machine pit in accordance with occupational health and safety conditions. This eliminates hydraulic unit noise, temperature, and space losses. There are heat and oil level sensors on our hydraulic unit. This way, the system is constantly monitored.

Control Panel: Our machine control panel is designed so that the operator can easily operate the machine. All materials used in the panel are SCHNEIDER (German) products. The control panel allows easy adjustment of the machine's hydraulic unit temperature, oil service, and vibrator power. It prevents job, worker, and time losses.

Bunker and Mortar Distributor: Our machine has a 1.5 m³ capacity mortar tank. The mortar distributor ensures a more homogeneous distribution of the mortar coming from the bunker tank. There is a chain gear protection cage on the mortar mixer.

Safety and Sensor: Our machine is equipped with sensors and switches in accordance with work and occupational health and safety standards. The operation sequences are set with sensors to minimize accidents caused by the operator. Steel protections are used for moving parts around the machine. Emergency STOP buttons are installed in the machine pit and various points. Descents and exits to the machine pit are made with the ladder provided with the machine.

Product Transport and Steaming: The products produced in our machine are taken to the area where steam will be given with a transport vehicle. The transport vehicle is made of steel with suitable strength and lightness. Pneumatic type tires are used to transport the product smoothly to the field. Along with the transport vehicle, transport baskets are also provided. Ø150 mm and Ø200 mm diameters above can also be transported with a forklift for manufacturing speed.

Molds and Pallets: All molds and screeds we produce are made of St52 Steel. Along with our molds, mold fastening plates are also provided with our machine. OUR PALLETS ARE PRODUCED IN ACCORDANCE WITH MUNICIPALITY STANDARDS AND DIN 4032-4035. Our pallets are entirely manufactured in CNC lathes. Before shipping, pallets are packaged with special packaging method and shipped. There is no rust problem until the first use with special protective wax.
