Ø150 Mm - Ø600 Mm Concrete Pipe Machine

Construction (Main Frame): Our machine construction is manufactured from high-strength construction (ST 52) (ST 37) quality steels. It is manufactured in 0 balance and calibration with special production machines and eliminates balance disturbances in construction site environment. Upper screeding connection group and lower vibrator group of our machine are completely processed with CNC machines. It is 25% heavier than equivalent machines in the market. This makes it more durable and long-lasting.

Vibrator System: The vibration system used in our machine is a liquid oil closed circulation system. Automatic lubrication system is activated with the operation of the machine. Oil return control is provided by sensors, and safety is provided on the panel against user errors. SKF or FAG bearings are preferred in the vibrator. The vibrator power adjustment can be adjusted CONTINUOUSLY from the control panel whenever desired. This provides time and labor savings for the customer. (There is absolutely no need to disassemble the vibrator from the machine when making adjustments.)

Hydraulic System: The hydraulic system used in our machine is BOSCH-REXROTH (German) brand. All hydraulic components, valves, pistons and other circuit elements used in the system are tested in the BOSCH-REXROTH test center before coming to our company. After machine assembly in our company is completed, the system operation is checked, adjustments are made, and it is ready for shipment. Our hydraulic units are placed in the machine pit in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. This eliminates hydraulic unit noise, temperature, and space losses. The hydraulic unit has a temperature and oil level sensor. Thus, the system is under constant control.

Control Panel: Our machine control panel is designed so that the OPERATOR can easily operate the machine. All materials used inside the panel are SCHNEIDER (German) brand. The control panel allows easy adjustment of the machine's hydraulic unit temperature, oil level, and vibrator power. It prevents job, labor, and time losses.

Bunker and Mortar Distributor: Our machine has one mortar tank with a capacity of 1.5 m³. The mortar distributor ensures a more homogeneous distribution of the mortar coming from the bunker tank. The mortar mixer has a chain gear protective cage.

Safety and Sensors: Our machine is equipped with sensors and switches in compliance with work and worker health and safety. Operation sequences are adjusted with sensors to minimize accidents that may occur by the operator. Steel guards are placed on moving parts around the machine for safety. Emergency STOP buttons are installed in the machine pit and various points. The descent and ascent to the machine pit are realized with the ladder provided with the machine.

Product Transportation and Curing: The products produced in our machine are transported to the area to be steam-treated with a transport vehicle. The transport vehicle is made of steel suitable for strength and lightness. Pneumatic type tires are used to ensure that the product is taken to the field smoothly. In addition to the transport vehicle, transport baskets are also provided. Ø150 mm and above diameters can also be transported with forklift assistance in terms of manufacturing speed.

Molds and Pallets: All our molds and screeds are made of St52 Steel. Mold mounting plates are also provided with our machine. OUR PALLETS ARE PRODUCED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STANDARDS OF ILLER BANKASI AND DIN 4032-4035. Our pallets are completely manufactured on CNC lathes. Before shipment, pallets are packaged with special packaging method and shipped. There is no rust problem until the first use with special protective wax.
