Product Description:

• Our machine is designed for straightening rims from 10" to 30".
• It can address every part of passenger and light commercial vehicle rims.
• It has the automatic wheel securing feature with its geared motor and brake system during the straightening process.
• Due to its special design, Micro 10" 30" can be easily learned and used by every balance operator in wheel and tire services.
• It detects the faulty area with its scanner with 1 perimeter sensitivity of 360 degrees and 0.05 mm error margin and provides information on the touch screen.
• Then the straightening is done precisely by bringing the (+) and (-) reference points right below the full piston.
• Quality control is done with a computer so that it is not left to the discretion of the quality control operator.
• Optionally combinable with Micro 10" 30", the base lathe 10" 30" lathe machine turns the damaged edges of the rim after the straightening process.
• Together with the equipment of the machine, rim hub adapter bushings according to various car rim sizes, various piston extension arms, rim clamping kit, straightening heads, and levers are delivered as standard accessories.
